1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Chengeto, operated by CyberSelp Incorporation. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Chengeto is not a medical service

Chengeto helps you find practices and book appointments. We do not give medical advice, diagnose or treat anyone. Your care is provided by the practice and its practitioners, who are responsible for it.

Chengeto is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call your nearest emergency service or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only book for people you are allowed to act for, such as your children.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Bookings

• Some practices confirm bookings automatically; others confirm each request. Your booking is only final once it shows as confirmed.
• Please cancel or reschedule in good time if you cannot make it, so the slot can go to someone else.
• Practices may change or cancel appointments, for example if a doctor is unavailable. You will be notified.
• Each practice sets its own fees and cancellation rules.
• Video consultations suit some needs but not others. The doctor may ask you to come to the rooms for an examination. Join from a private place with a reliable connection, and don't share or record the call.

5. Fees and payments

• Chengeto does not take payments for consultations. You pay the practice directly using the payment details it provides.
• Prices shown are set by the practice and may change. The practice confirms the final amount.
• Medical aid cover depends on your scheme. Any amount your medical aid does not pay is owed to the practice.

6. Terms for practices

• Only practices and practitioners registered to practise in Zimbabwe may list on Chengeto. We check verification documents before a practice is published, and may suspend a practice whose registration is not valid.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your page: practitioners, services, prices, hours and accepted medical aids.
• You are responsible for the care you give, for your clinical records and for meeting your professional and data protection duties for patient information you add.
• Give staff access only to the people who need it, at the right level, and remove access when someone leaves.
• Medical aid claims you submit must be accurate and supported by your records.
• Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Unpaid subscriptions may lead to restricted access after notice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

• make false bookings or pretend to be someone else;
• access information you are not entitled to see;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of Chengeto; or
• use Chengeto for anything unlawful.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Chengeto available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. Practice information is provided by the practices.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for the care provided by practices, for practice information, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Zimbabwean consumer law.

9. Closing your account

You can stop using Chengeto at any time and ask us to close your account by contacting us at admin@cyberselp.com or 0776504919. Records a practice must keep by law stay with that practice.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Questions? Contact usat admin@cyberselp.com or 0776504919.
